· Net sales for the fourth quarter amounted to kSEK 1,829 (442).

· Result after taxes amounted to kSEK -19,465 (-15,112).

· Earnings per share was SEK -1,01 (-0.79).

· The cash flow from operating activities after changes in working capital was kSEK -15,641 (-16,560).

FULL YEAR 1 JANUARY – 31 DECEMBER 2019

· Net sales for the full year amounted to kSEK 5,508 (953).

· Result after taxes amounted to kSEK -68,569 (-39,079).

· Earnings per share was SEK -3,58 (-2,05).

· The cash flow from operating activities after changes in working capital was kSEK -60,701 (-45,935).

· Cash and cash equivalents including short term deposits at the balance date amounted to kSEK 77,954 (136,214).

· Gross margin amounted to 61 %.

Thomas Rex proposed as new Chairman of Acconeer AB

BGA Invest AB, org.no 556653-5182, and Winplantan AB, org.no 556936-5082 – who together hold approximately 26 per cent of the shares and votes in Acconer AB – have today announced to the company that they will propose Thomas Rex as new Chairman of the board at Acconeer's annual general meeting April 14, 2020. Current Chairman Bengt Adolfsson announced at the same time that he declines re-election as Chairman, but is available for re-election as a member of the Board.

– As a major owner and exiting Chairman, I am very positive about being able to propose Thomas Rex as the new Chairman of the Board. With his broad experience of technical and business-oriented roles in several companies in the semiconductor business, combined with good insight in the company's operations, he can contribute to an even stronger development of Acconeer AB, says Bengt Adolfsson, exiting Chairman and shareholder through BGA Invest AB.

Thomas Rex has been a member of the Board of Acconeer AB since 2014, and he has a solid background in the technology industry in Sweden as well as internationally. Today he is the Senior Vice President of Special Projects at Fingerprint Cards AB and is a part of Fingerprint Cards' executive management since 2011. In the past, Thomas has worked for Ericsson AB for 20 years, during which he was based in Tokyo, Japan for seven years as Vice President of Sales, Asia for Ericsson Mobile Platforms. Other experiences include roles as Head of Sales at Nanoradio and Board member of Kisel AB until 2014.

Acconeer and ALPS ALPINE signs a strategic partnership agreement and announces first customer project

The radar technology company Acconeer AB and ALPS ALPINE have signed a strategic partnership agreement with the aim of developing products for the automotive industry. ALPS ALPINE is a world-leading manufacturer of electronic components, modules and systems for cars.

Acconeer's unique ultra-low power and high precision radar sensor will be included in several of ALPS ALPINE products. The first product from the collaboration, an access control sensor for cars, has been completed and is already being marketed to automobile manufacturers globally. ALPS ALPINE have now won their first project with a leading international car brand and therefore Acconeer has signed an exclusivity agreement for this particular use-case and car brand. If the project is completed as planned, deliveries are expected to start in early 2022 and run over a minimum of 4 years.

Acconeer signs a distribution agreement with Japanese MICRO SUMMIT

The radar technology company Acconeer AB has signed a distribution agreement with MICRO SUMMIT K.K, a leading distributor in Japan. Initially the agreement includes the Pulsed Coherent Radar sensor A1 and the evaluation kit XC112/XR112 and covers the Japanese market.

Acconeer establishes distribution agreement with Russian Electronic distributor Scanti for the Russian market

The radar technology company Acconeer AB has signed a distribution agreement with Russian electronics distributor Scanti. Scanti is a leading distributor specializing in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. Initially the agreement includes the A1 sensor and the evaluation kit XC112/XR112 and covers Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. The logistical and administrative partner for order handling and shipping into these countries is the German company Sauris GmbH.

Acconeer signs a distribution agreement with Chinese BEYD and receives a purchase order of USD 12,310

The radar technology company Acconeer AB has signed a distribution agreement with BEYD of China. BEYD is a leading distributor specializing in radar technology based in Shenzhen, China. Initially the agreement includes the sensor A1 and the evaluation kit XC112 / XR112 and covers the Chinese market.

The initial purchase order of USD 12,310 covers both the evaluation kit XC112 / XR112 as well as A1 sensors and will be used for customer evaluations and prototypes.
